Is there parking available? Is transportation provided?

Parking at the property is extremely limited. Shuttles will be provided to the Food Truck Rodeo on Friday, the Wedding and Reception on Saturday, and the brunch on Sunday from the Villa Capriani, Bluewater Inn, and St. Regis Resort. The Villa Capriani is also an easy walk on foot. If you are driving, there is a large parking lot across the street from the Villa Capriani and some parking at the Blue Water Inn. If you park at Villa Capriani, Bluewater Inn, or St. Regis Resort, you can utilize shuttle transportation to the property. An exact schedule will be posted here closer to the date.

Are children invited?

While we love kids, this will be an adult-only event.

What is the attire?

Please note that the wedding and reception will take place outdoors on a grassy lawn, so please take that into consideration when choosing shoes and attire.

WEDDING: Elegant Beach Chic

For Women:

• Dresses: Midi or maxi dresses

• Jumpsuits/Separates: Chic jumpsuits with wide legs or dressy skirt sets are great alternatives. 

• Shoes: Block heels, wedges, dressy flats, or elegant espadrilles (avoid standard flip-flops). 

For Men

• Bottoms: Linen trousers, summer weight slacks, chinos (avoid denim/cargo).

• Shirts: Linen, Oxford shirts (short or long-sleeved).  Ties (optional) 

• Jackets: Linen or summer weight blazer (optional).

• Shoes: Loafers, deck shoes (no sneakers).

FRIDAY: Coastal Country Western 

What is Coastal Country Western Attire? 

Answer:  Elements of Coastal Country Western - mixing one or two Western pieces into a casual beach outfit. 

• Possible choices: 

  • Footwear: Boots, mules, sandles

  • Clothing: Flowy midi or maxi dresses, breezy linen pants or shirts, light chambray, cotton western shirts

  • Accessories: Cowboy hats (often in straw for a summer feel), caps, turquoise jewelry, seashell necklaces, wide-buckle belts

• Textures: A mix of soft, natural fabrics (cotton, linen) with durable materials (leather, suede, denim). 

• Color Palette: Dominated by light, airy, and neutral shades, including white, cream, tan, and soft blues, often accented with turquoise.

• Examples: A flowy maxi dress with a cowboy hat and boots; A denim jacket over a floral sundress; A denim vest over a short sleeved cotton shirt.

Will there be considerations for food allergies?

We have designed a menu that can be adjusted for food allergies. Please note these when you rsvp and please make sure to include who has the allergy.

RSVPs will be received on this website on the RSVP page. Feel free to RSVP before invites are mailed if you already know your plans.
